Welcome to Historic Cambridge House

Cambridge House provides romantic bed and breakfast accommodation in Geeveston, just 70km south of Hobart, in Huon Valley & Bruny Island region. Built back in 1870, this historic building has been lovingly restored to combine old world charm with modern day comfort.

The Guest Lounge and Dining Room is exclusively for the use of our guests. Ideal on those warm evenings to relax with a pre dinner drink or in the grounds of our beautiful garden or just watching the Platypus and Ducks feeding.

We have five letting rooms, all of which are named after the Geeves family members:

• Two queen sized bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one has a King Single bed in it as well.
• One Family room (One double bed plus two single beds)
• One Twin-bedded room (One room with two single beds)
• One double bed room.

Our Opening Hours are 9am-9pm
Tariffs range from $100 to $160 AUD (Australian Dollars)

Cambridge House is situated just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Geeveston, and is central to the Hartz Mountains National Park, Huon Valley & Bruny Island. Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves and Kermandie River are just a few of the nearby attractions.
